Our preserves

Not only mothers and grandmothers played an important role in the establishment of Horacio Trattoria but also fathers and grandparents.

It was and still are they who in the family carry on the custom of putting aside preparations to be preserved NU BUCCACCIU (from the Calabrian = in the glass container) for the winter, precisely the preserves.

Used in our dishes, the result of preparations and rather long resting times, there are some not only to be eaten, but also to be tasted at the end of the meal as an efficient, refreshing and delicious digestive, just like our Limoncello.
