All our products are prepared on-site, by hand, without the use of any machinery except for hand-cranked tools, and using Italian and Portuguese raw ingredients.
This choice, while obviously more labor-intensive, also brings great satisfaction when it comes to the final result: a product that is truly rustic and homemade.
REDISCOVER THE FLAVOURS OF HOME
Homemade, just like mom and grandma used to make it — on big wooden tables, floured pastry boards, and the sound of rings clinking as the dough was rolled around the wire.
All our recipes come from Italian tradition and, as is customary, every family has its own version, each with its own little twist.
We do the same, staying as close as possible to the original — but 100% veganized.
