Il rispetto per la Natura parte da qui...ad ogni stagione il suo menu

Aggiorniamo i piatti in menu a seconda della stagione, così da poter offrire il miglior prodotto possibile grazie all’utilizzo di verdure stagionali biologiche.

Oltre a queste, anche il resto degli ingredienti utilizzati, come ad esempio tofu o soia, è 100% biologico, proveniente da agricoltura circolare e privo di OGM

 

Ce n’è per tutti i gusti

Il nostro menu si compone di diverse parti, rendendo la Trattoria piuttosto versatile nel soddisfare le piu disparate voglie di cucina italiana.

Piatti rigorosamente della Tradizione Italiana, veganizzati dopo attenta ricerca, svariate prove (tra cui molti fallimenti), e lunghe telefonate con la mamma per carpire l’elemento che rende il gusto così speciale.
